By downloading or using PitWeek ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
PitWeek is a motorsport companion app that provides race schedules, standings, weather forecasts, widgets, and news for fans. The App does not claim any affiliation with or endorsement by any racing organization, team, or driver.
PitWeek offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions ("PitWeek PRO") that unlock premium features:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
The App provides substantial functionality at no cost, including race calendars, live standings, Home Screen widgets, news, and race-day calendar sync. Advertisements are displayed to free users via Google AdMob.
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
All content, design, and code in PitWeek are owned by Spider Service Dev. Race data is sourced from publicly available information. Driver names, team names, and circuit names are used descriptively and remain the property of their respective owners.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Race schedules, standings, and weather data may occasionally be inaccurate or delayed. We are not responsible for missed sessions due to schedule changes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spider Service Dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Romania.
